Amy Estes Turner is a Fayetteville native who recently returned home from Seattle, Washington to practice with her family at the law firm of Estes, Gramling & Estes. Prior to returning home, Ms. Turner practiced as an Assistant Attorney General in the Labor and Employment Division advising Washington state agencies on a wide variety of employment and labor relations issues such as effective preventive labor relations skills, wage and hour issues, EEO compliance, collective bargaining/union-management relations, disciplinary action, avoiding sexual harassment, workplace violence, age, disability, race, gender and religious discrimination, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. Ms. Estes continues her broad employment practice at Estes, Grambling & Estes, representing both employers and employees, as well as developing a strong business and domestic practice. Ms. Turner received her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Arkansas where she was a member of the Arkansas Law Review. She is a member of the Washington County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and a faculty member for Sterling Education Services.
